The location of the hotel is great, with the lake just a short walk away and the black swans adding to the beauty. the restaurant is also conveniently located, making it a nice stroll to enjoy a meal. the Junction Centre Shopping mall is nearby, perfect for any shopping needs.
The pool area could use some maintenance, as the tiles and paint are in need of repair.

Celebrating the New Year at this resort was delightful. the natural landscape and serene environment offered the perfect escape from the city. the spacious rooms were comfortable and the staff was accommodating. the pool area was one of the best I've seen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. the food was tasty with a diverse menu, and ordering room service was an easy option.
The location was quite isolated from the city center, which could be a problem for those looking to explore Naypyidaw. the gym equipment was outdated and could use an upgrade.

Spent Xmas with my fam here, it was delightful! The view of the lake from our room was breathtaking, and the cottages were cozy. The food was yummy, especially the Burmese cuisine, and we loved the fact that it was close to a shopping center. , the high-speed wifi was such a bonus!
The breakfast wasn't as great as the dinner, and it was kind of a walk to get there, but it wasn't too bad. The service by the pool was basically nonexistent which was a bit frustrating, but it wasn't a huge deal.

We had a truly luxurious experience at the hotel. the spacious room had exclusive amenities like a private pool and a balcony with excellent views. the service was outstanding, staff were friendly and catered to all our needs. the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing dip. the breakfast had an extensive selection of freshly made items.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location. While the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle, there were limited options nearby for dining and shopping.
